In the early years of his career, Mr. Pravat Mohapatra worked closely with top MNCs in the media, advertising, and IT sectors across Asia, Europe, the GCC, and Africa. From 2009 to 2019, he witnessed firsthand the struggles of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in India as they faced challenges in creating a significant brand impact. This experience laid the foundation for a vision that would soon transform the marketing landscape.

In 2016, while leading a media house and a digital transformation project in the GCC, Mr. Mohapatra experienced a pivotal moment. He recognized a crucial gap in the market—a gap between the high-impact strategies used by large corporations and the limited resources available to SMEs. Inspired by this insight, he envisioned a venture that would bridge this divide, offering tailored promotional and technology solutions to businesses in need.

Through extensive research, Mr. Mohapatra identified the pillars of business success: digital marketing adoption, strategic analysis, artificial intelligence, and precise brand positioning. He also understood the importance of in-depth research into customer behavior, buying psychology, and competitive analysis to develop unique brand strategies. Recognizing the need for a comprehensive solution that went beyond traditional branding, advertising, marketing, and sales, he set out to create a one-stop agency.

In late 2018, Mr. Mohapatra’s dream began to take shape as he resigned from his corporate career and founded Addzet. With a small team of just eight members and a shared office space in Bhubaneswar, Addzet was born. The name “Addzet”—short for Advanced Zet, symbolizing high speed—reflected their commitment to rapidly delivering cutting-edge marketing and technology services. The initial motto, “Promoting India,” aimed to support Indian brands, but the vision soon expanded globally.

The journey was far from easy. Addzet faced significant challenges, including Cyclone Fani in Bhubaneswar, the COVID-19 pandemic, a share market crisis, and various other setbacks. Despite these obstacles, Addzet persevered, emerging stronger and more resilient. Mr. Mohapatra's client-first policy and employee-friendly approach were pivotal in navigating these crises, ensuring that Addzet stood firm and continued to support its clients through turbulent times.

Today, Addzet stands as a testament to resilience and dedication. Our journey reflects not just the evolution of a company, but a deep commitment to empowering businesses with innovative marketing and technology solutions. We have grown from a modest team in Bhubaneswar to a global presence, driven by a passion for excellence and a promise to make a difference.
